The Cooper Family … Again! || Philadelphia Documentary Family Photographer

Using the phrase Philadelphia documentary family photographer is a little bit of a trick because I definitely photographed this session in Denver, but I live in Philly. The internet makes things complicated and I’m sorry for semi-lying to you.

The walls can be pink,
but the knees still cut and scraped.
They get to have both.

The squeals and giggles
don’t hide the creative minds.
They just enhance them.

Choices are their own,
possibilities galore.
Who run the world? Girls.

I’ve had the privilege of photographing this awesome family several times over the past few years. And each time, they somehow get a little bit sweeter, a little bit sassier, and a whole lot more fun. They treat each other with such tenderness and I’m always so impressed at how well-behaved they all are! (Impressed, but not surprised. They have THE BEST parents!)

I know my sisters are still my very favorite people in the world and I get so excited that these lil chickadees might have that same experience when they are older. There’s truly nothing like it!
